Inspirational talk on traditional wooden architecture by Maja Ergović

On 21.02.2025. Maja Ergović, senior curator documentary at the Musem of Turopolje gave inspirational talk and educative lecture to pupils and teachers at Construction school Zagreb on traditional wooden structures in the region Turopolje.

This lecture also served as an introduction to the study visit to Turopolje that will take place by the end of April. During a study visit, the students of the Zagreb School of Construction and Engineering and master level students at the Faculty of civil engineering, accompanied by a professional guide, will visit examples of indigenous wooden construction (a wooden manor house, church and chapel) in the area of ​​Donja Kupčina, Donja Lonica and Velika Mlaka in Turopolje.
