Project GREENCO will develop learning tools and workshops that will aim to achieve greater knowledge of future construction workers in terms of green technologies and ensure easier employment of future vocational specialists.

This will answer the following needs:

  • construction workers that understand sustainability assessment, have the skills needed for managing and recycling of demolition waste and that can prevent creation of construction waste and landfilling;

  • the need to prevent probable future skill gap on the market: need for construction workers and engineers that are familiar with environmental reporting.
